Refund policy
📄 Withdrawal Policy
This English version is provided for convenience. The German version is legally binding.
Consumers are generally entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
Note on our digital services and digital content
The services offered on Septenz.com consist mainly of digital services and digital content. These include in particular the creation, setup, customization, optimization and provision of online stores as well as related digital files, store templates, ZIP files, guides, branding services, advertising materials, product lists, store policies, consulting and support services.
The customer expressly requests that Septenz begin performing the service and/or providing the digital content before the statutory withdrawal period has expired.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal for services
For services, the right of withdrawal expires early pursuant to § 356 (4) BGB (German Civil Code) once the service has been fully performed and the customer, before performance began, expressly agreed that Septenz may begin performance before the withdrawal period expires and confirmed their awareness that their right of withdrawal expires once Septenz has fully performed the contract.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content
For digital content not supplied on a physical data carrier, the right of withdrawal expires pursuant to § 356 (5) BGB once Septenz has begun performing the contract, the customer has expressly agreed that Septenz may begin performance before the withdrawal period expires, and the customer has confirmed that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal once performance begins.
This applies in particular, but not exclusively, to:
ready-made online stores
store files / ZIP files
digital guides
PDF guides
branding and logo services
store policies
TikTok Ads Packs / advertising materials
product lists and product selection
individually prepared store content
setup, consulting and support services
After complete delivery, provision or performance of the agreed service, there is therefore no longer a right of withdrawal, provided that the statutory requirements for the expiry of the right of withdrawal are met.
Customer's duty to cooperate
Where the booked service requires the customer's cooperation, in particular providing access, approvals, information, form details, store names, company data or materials, the service can only be finally performed once the customer has fully cooperated.
Missing, incomplete or late cooperation by the customer does not automatically constitute grounds for withdrawal, cancellation or refund. The processing time is extended accordingly until the required information or access has been fully provided.
Cancellation after processing has begun
Once processing, creation, personalization, preparation, provision or delivery of the ordered service has begun, cancellation is excluded.
This applies in particular if digital content has been prepared, uploaded, provided via link or made available for download, or if services have already begun or been fully performed.
Statutory rights
Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected, insofar as they have not been effectively excluded or have not expired under the statutory provisions.
